Chase Manhattan Bank – Corporate Offices Major refurbishment of 11-story twin towers, upgrading to a high standard of finishes and MEP services including a new computer room, dealer’s area, cafeteria, vault, UPS, executive offices, elevators and MIS/IT & BMS systems. Work carried out in 32 phased hand-over and decanting from one tower to completed tower, building in occupancy throughout.

Duke of York Theater- Major structural alterations and upgrade to include new back-of-house facilities and new recording studio. This 150-year-old building in the heart of downtown theatre district needed major changes to provide a world-class theatre, including removal of existing cast iron columns to facilitate a better seating arrangement. High quality finishes and repairs and restoration to antique fixtures including fibrous plaster and gilt work to match historic .
Hilton Hotels – Park Lane Major remodeling of 22 floors of hotel suites, including new main foyer, restaurants and kitchen areas.
Dorchester Hotel New restaurant, kitchen and bar areas, together with additional meeting room and conference facilities to complement this five-star hotel.
Grosvenor House Hotel Renovation and upgrade of five-star hotel including new MEP, 11 elevators, three (3) restaurants, 2 kitchens, foyer, suites, convention facilities external and internal structural alterations.
Headquarters Building – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Construction of new 1,000,000 gsf office building and convention center, including lecture theatres, audio/visual rooms, executive offices for the Securities Commission. This project was constructed as a fast-track top down method for the erection of five (5) basements and 7 levels above under an atrium environment on a valley site with the need to divert a stream during construction.
No.6 Lime Street – Historic City Offices High profile, high-quality, structurally complex project on very restricted size site in a busy downtown street. The redevelopment of the Victorian and Georgian buildings in a historic section of the City included the façade retention and complete demolition behind two buildings, the introduction of a new structural steel frame and brick enclosure to provide new offices and retail facility. Work was further complicated by the requirement to facilitate the two-basement excavation of a Roman archeological site by the Museum as part of an important investigation of ancient London.
City Offices – 66 Cannon – Bank Dealers Rooms & Offices. High quality office finish-out of 7 floors, including alterations to and upgrading of HVAC, electrical and all facilities. Included new computer room and security room.
City Offices – Moor House – Bank Dealer’s Facility. Remodeling of 2 floors in high-rise office development of new dealers room facilities in occupied building. High IT/BMS content.
St. Thomas Hospital Upgrade of all services and logistics, including the addition of new recovery wing, two floors. Redecoration throughout interior and exterior. All work carried out during ongoing occupancy.
Mincing Lane – Major Town Center Redevelop ment,$222m. Staff extension to client development team for construction management input on feasibility studies, programming and presentations during the planning and establishment stages.11-floor complete demolition of existing buildings spanning 4 city blocks. 3 new basements; complex construction of new 8-story office and retail facilities. value. International Finance Futures Exchange (Stock Exchange) High-profile, fast-track project to provide a new Stock Exchange facility within an historic building. This was a temporary “building within a building” providing galleried viewers facilities to the dealers floor. The project was built completely in isolation to existing building on raised pads etc. The facility was test bed for the establishment in City of this new financial exchange. The building was removed after 12 months successful operation and a new large multi-million dollar building commissioned by client.
City Offices – Albemarle Street spec. office high-profile redevelopment, complex structural alteration to retain historically listed terracotta clad façade and construct new reinforced concrete and steel frame building within. New pier foundations. High quality finishes, new HVAC, Electrical, Fire Precaution services to provide 8 floor office facilities and 3 new elevators, including the addition of a 2 new floors (7&8) and mansard roof.
City Offices – Sicilian Avenue. Extension upward of new story and roof structure. Underpinning and additional foundations. Two (2) new elevators, MEP upgrade, with occupied retail premises below construction redevelopment. .
Victoria Bus Terminal Office Upgrading of existing offices plus construction of new five-story office block, and 2 floor extension to existing offices. New MEP services throughout. Major bus terminal in uninterrupted operation.
City Offices –Export House – Major City Center Redevelopment Three, 11-story office blocks, new elevators, new HVAC including complete replacement of all facades and extension to floor plate outwards to accommodate new services etc., in vertical chase.
